The report follows up on the results of ETF international conferences on ‘The Future of Work’ (ETF, 2018) and ‘Skills & Qualifications: benefits for people – how learning and guidance professionals make it happen’ (ETF, 2019). Both conferences highlighted that it is essential for both young people and adults to be empowered to meet the new labour-market challenges.
